Several years ago we and our children changed over all of our home and car insurance plans to this office based on the extremely positive personal reviews of close friends. (They currently carry 5 home insurance and 5 car insurance policies of ours.) The office has strong generational family roots and everyone who works in it is kind, polite, professional, and effcient. More importantly, when you call the office, you are immediately put in contact with someone who genuinely cares about you. They will proactively point out ways you can reduce your premiums, assist in payment options, help customize your policy to meet your individual needs and preferences. Every time I call, I get the "smal town general store" feeling - the one where everyone in the town knows each other and looks after each other. Most recently . . . big shout out to Ann Brown, who went above and beyond to help us with discounts and dividends that we did not even know about. Amy also deserves a shout out for helping to expedite a new car insurance plan efficiently and with true kindness. It is literally a sheer pleasure to call this office. The culture is extraordinary. To anyone reading this, don't look anywhere else for your insurance needs. These people will take terrific care of you - like family. (And . . . I'm just a customer. A really, really satisfied one. "I had a great experience working with Johnny Cruz at the Andy Jabaley insurance agency. He was very knowlegdable about some of the shortcomings in the insurance industry. I was actually shocked to learn that I was massively underinsured on my car insurance considering all the assets that I had. Johnny found much HIGHER coverage for a MUCH CHEAPER rate than what I was originally paying for the state minimum at another agency.

I'm also pleased with the fact the State Farm offers some wonderful home warranty protection bonuses that are not offered at many other insurance carriers. I'm very happy to know that I'm sufficiently covered now and at some really great rates! Highly recommend giving Johnny a call if you have insurance questions.
